- Administrative Officer Grade-l: A degree from a university and 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Junior Scientific Officer: Master's degree in Physics/Chemistry/Electronics or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (relevant fields) with 2 years of experience.
- Manager Grade-l / Section Officer: A degree from a university and a Diploma/Degree in Business or Material Management with 3 years of experience.
- Senior Design Officer (Construction/Engineering): Degree in Naval Architecture or Mechanical/Marine Engineering with 5 years of experience.
- Senior Scientific Assistant (Various Fields): Degree in the relevant Engineering field or a Master's degree in the relevant Science field, with one year of experience for most posts.
- Senior Scientific Officer Grade-l: Master's in Science or Bachelor's in Engineering (relevant fields) with 5 years of experience.

Selection Process
