The maximum age limit for General/EWS candidates is 45 years. The upper age limit is relaxed for other categories. It is 48 years for OBC and 50 years for SC/ST candidates. Age relaxation for PwBD candidates is as per government rules.
Essential Qualification
All candidates must have an MBBS degree and be registered with the Delhi Medical Council or have applied for it. This is a mandatory requirement for all posts.
- Cancer Surgery, Renal Transplant, Urology: Candidates need a PG Degree, Diploma, or DNB in Surgery.
- Cardiology, Medicine, Nephrology, Pulmonary Medicine: A PG Degree, Diploma, or DNB in Medicine is required.
- Emergency Medicine: Candidates need a PG qualification in Emergency Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Anaesthesiology, General Surgery, or a related field.
- Forensic Medicine: A PG Degree, Diploma, or DNB in Forensic Medicine is necessary.
- Medical Oncology: A MD, DNB, or Diploma in Medicine or Paediatrics is required.
- Psychiatry: Candidates must have a PG Degree, Diploma, or DNB in Psychiatry.
Selection Process
