- Passed 10+2 examination.
- Shorthand Speed: English 80 WPM or Hindi 70 WPM.
- Typing Speed: English 40 WPM and Hindi 30 WPM on computers.
- Junior Technician (Laboratory) [Trainee] (Post Code-702)
- B.Sc. (Horticulture/Forestry/Agriculture/B.Sc).
- Technical Assistant Gr-I (Field) [Trainee] (Post Code-703)
- Atleast 2nd Division in B.Sc. (Horticulture/Forestry/Agriculture).

- 10th Grade (Matric) passed.

Selection Process
- Written Objective Type Examination (MCQ): 100 Marks. Marks obtained will decide merit.
- Qualifying Tests:
- For Junior Scale Stenographer: Typing test and Shorthand test (qualifying).
- For Driver: Practical driving test (qualifying).
- Document Verification: For candidates who clear the written test and qualifying tests.
- Final selection based on marks in the written exam and passing qualifying tests. Negative marking (0.25 marks) for wrong answers.
