Essential Qualification

Assistant Manager (HR)
- MBA degree.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Railway Infrastructure PSU.
- Knowledge of SAP-HCM in core HR and Payroll.
- Experience working in an E-Office environment.
- Experience in handling HR matters like recruitment and promotion.
Selection Process
- Screening and Interaction: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on their experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a screening or interaction session.
- Medical Examination: Selected candidates must pass a medical examination as per the corporation’s policy.
