Selection Process
- Screening (Assistant Professor): If many apply for Assistant Professor, a scoring system (Objective Criteria in Annexure-III) based on publications, experience, etc., is used for shortlisting. Candidates must upload proof for scoring points.
- Shortlisting for Interview: Based on eligibility (and screening score for Asst. Prof. if needed), candidates are shortlisted for the interview.
- Interview Schedule: The interview dates will be posted on the website www.aiimsexams.ac.in at least two weeks before the interview.
- Document Verification: Candidates called for interview must bring all original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies for verification at AIIMS, New Delhi.
- Interview: Interviews will be conducted by the Standing Selection Committee at AIIMS, New Delhi.
- Final Selection: Selection is based purely on the performance in the interview as assessed by the committee.
