Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualification, experience, and overall suitability for the role.
- Selection Method: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a round of Personal Interview (PI) and/or any other selection method decided by the Bank.
- Qualifying Marks: The Bank will decide the qualifying marks for the interview/selection process. Candidates must qualify in all stages.
- Merit List: Candidates need to be sufficiently high in the merit list derived from the selection process to be considered for the subsequent process.
- Tie-Breaking: In case of a tie in marks at the cut-off point, candidates will be ranked based on their age in descending order (older candidates ranked higher).
- Document Verification: Candidature is provisional and subject to verification of details/documents when called by the Bank.
- Credit History: Applicants must maintain a healthy credit history and have a minimum CIBIL score of 650 or above at the time of joining (as per Bank policy).
