Assistant Secretary Gr-I
  • Degree from a recognized university.
  • One of the following:
    • Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in:
      • Personnel Management
      • Industrial Relations
      • Social Work
      • Labour Welfare or allied subjects
    • OR Degree in Law from recognized University/Institution
  • Two years executive experience in:
    • General Administration
    • Personnel
    • Industrial Relations, etc.
  • Experience in an Industrial/Commercial/Govt. Undertaking.
Assistant Personnel Officer Gr-I
  • Degree from a recognized university.
  • One of the following:
    • Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in:
