Essential Qualification
- PG Degree (DNB/DM/MCH) in concerned Super Specialty from the institutions recognized by MCI/NMC.
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on merit and Rule of Reservation.
- A merit list will be prepared for all eligible candidates.
- Total Marks: 100.
- 75 Marks: Based on marks/grade in the qualifying degree. (If no marks memo 50% will be taken).
- 10 Marks: Weightage for years since passing qualifying exam (1 mark per completed year up to 10 marks).
- 5 Marks: Weightage for PG/Super Specialty from Central Institutions.
- 15 Marks: For contract service in the same specialty in Government institutions.
- 2.5 marks per six months in Tribal Area.
- 2 marks per six months in Rural Area.
- 1 mark per six months in Urban Area.
- Weightage up to 15 Marks for COVID-19 contract duties.
- For Lateral Entry:
- Merit list based on rank at the time of recruitment as CAS/Assistant professor.
- Rule of Reservation applicable to promotions will be followed.
