Selection Process

  1. Examination Scheme
    • Stage-1: Stenography Proficiency Test (Only for Post Code 04/25)
      • Tentative Date: 24/05/2025.
      • Nature: Qualifying Test only.
      • Dictation: 5 minutes at 80 words per minute.
      • Transcription: 45 minutes (English) on computer.
      • Permissible Mistakes: 8% (General), 10% (APST).
      • Only qualified candidates proceed to Stage-2.
    • Stage-2: Written Examination (Objective Type - All Posts)
      • Tentative Date: 15/06/2025.
      • Type: Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions.
      • Total Marks: 200.
      • Duration: 2 Hours.
      • Marking: No negative marking.
      • Minimum Score: 33% in each subject is required to be eligible for selection.
  2. Final Merit and Document Verification
    • For Post Code 04/25, final merit is based on Stage-2 Written Examination marks only.
    • For Post Codes 05/25 and 06/25, merit is based on Stage-2 Written Examination marks.
