Essential Qualification
- Local Bank Officer
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Professional degrees like CA, Engineering, or Medical are also eligible.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an officer in a Commercial or Rural Bank.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the local language of the applied state.
Selection Process
- Online Test: A computer-based test with 120 questions for 120 marks. The test will last 120 minutes. There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
- Psychometric Test: To check suitability for the role.
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT): To test local language skills.
- Group Discussion and/or Interview: Final assessment of the candidate.
