Selection Process
- For Project Engineer I:
- Selection is via Written Test then Interview.
- Only those who pass the written test attend the interview.
- Marks Weightage: Written Test 85% Interview 15%.
- Candidates called for interview in 1:5 ratio based on test marks per category.
- For Trainee Engineer I:
- Selection is via Written Test only.
- Selection based on merit order category wise and discipline wise.
- Written test is for 100 marks.
- Negative marking applies: 1/4 mark deducted for each wrong answer.
- General Points:
- Shortlisted candidate names notified on BEL website.
- Call letters sent via email only.
- Test Interview venue details will be shared later.
