The total number of seats is 462 including special seats for women and grand children of freedom fighters.
The minimum age for all is 21 years. General men can be up to 37 years old. General women and BC or EBC candidates can be up to 40 years old. SC and ST candidates can be up to 42 years old. Government servants get 5 years extra and Ex Servicemen get 3 years extra relaxation.
