The total number of posts is 12 and some seats are reserved for Ex-Servicemen and PwBD candidates.
Candidates can get age relaxation based on government rules. Other Backward Classes get 03 years for the Multi-Tasking Staff post. PwBD candidates get 10 to 13 years of relaxation. Ex-Servicemen also get age benefits after their military service time is subtracted.

Essential Qualification
- Junior Hindi Translator
- Master degree in Hindi or English from a known university.
- Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and back.
- Two years of experience in translation work in a government office.
- Security Assistant
- Experience as an Ex-serviceman or JCO in the Army.
- Five years of experience in security work is needed.
- Multi-Tasking Staff
- Passed 10th Grade from a known board.
All candidates must have their original certificates and marks sheets ready for the document check.
Selection Process
- Junior Hindi Translator: Candidates must pass two written papers. Paper 1 has objective questions and Paper 2 is descriptive.
Paper Type Subjects Time Paper 1 Intelligence and Math 1 Hour Paper 2 Translation and Writing 2 Hours - Security Assistant: Selection includes a Physical Test and a Personality Test. Candidates who pass these will take a written exam.
Test Type Details Marks Physical Running and Long Jump Qualifying Written Report Writing 100 Marks - Multi-Tasking Staff: Candidates first take a Trade Test. Those who pass the Trade Test will go for the written exam.
