Note regarding Age Limit: The age limit is calculated as on 30/12/2025. There is an age relaxation of 5 years for women candidates of the General category. Reserved category male candidates get 5 years relaxation. Reserved category female candidates get 10 years relaxation. Persons with disabilities get 10 to 20 years relaxation depending on their category. Ex-servicemen get relaxation of 3 years plus their service time.

Essential Qualification
- Junior Pharmacist
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from a recognized university.
- OR
- Candidates must have a Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized university AND about two years of experience as a Junior Pharmacist or Dispenser or Pharmacist or Medical Representative.
- Candidates must have basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates must know Gujarati or Hindi or both languages.
- Candidates must be registered with the Gujarat State Pharmacy Council.
Selection Process
- Written Exam (CBRT or OMR): The exam has two parts. Part A is for 60 marks and Part B is for 150 marks. Total marks are 210. The time given is 3 hours. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for wrong answers.
- Document Verification: Candidates who pass the written exam will be called for checking their documents.
