Essential Qualification
- English Teacher
- Master degree in English with 50 percent marks in Graduation.
- Teacher training degree like B.Ed.
- At least 55 percent marks in English during Graduation.
- SC or ST or OBC candidates need 45 percent in Graduation and 50 percent in English.
- Mathematics Teacher
- Master degree in Math with 50 percent marks in Graduation.
- Teacher training degree like B.Ed.
- At least 55 percent marks in Math during Graduation.

Important Rule: You must have passed 10th Grade and 12th Grade from a school in Himachal Pradesh. This rule is not for people who are permanent residents of the state.
Selection Process
- Written Test: You have to give a Computer Based Test or an OMR test.
- Total Marks: The test is for 120 marks.
- Time: You get 90 minutes to finish the test.
