- Master Degree with at least 55 percent marks.
- 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent in Government or University organizations.
- Assistant Registrar
- Master Degree with at least 55 percent marks.
- OR 5 years of experience in Pay Level 7 handling Administration, Finance, or Academics.
- Principal Technical Officer / Senior Technical Officer / Technical Officer
- BE, BTech, MSc, or MCA in relevant field with First Class.
- Relevant experience of 5 years in scientific or technical areas at appropriate Pay Level.
- Veterinarian
- BVSc with 8 years experience OR MVSc with 5 years experience in handling experimental animals.
- Executive Engineer (Civil)
- First Class Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10 years experience as Assistant Engineer OR 5 years as Assistant Executive Engineer in construction projects.
- Nurse
- Master Degree in Nursing with 50 percent marks OR First Class BSc Nursing (4 years).
- Must be registered as Nurse and Midwife.
- 3 years of clinical experience in a 50 bedded hospital.
