Essential Qualification

  • Clerk
    • You must have a Bachelor degree like BA or BSc from a known college.
    • You must have passed 10th Grade with Hindi subject.
    • You must know how to use computers for Word and Spreadsheets.
    • You must pass a typing test with 30 words per minute speed.
  • Stenographer Grade III
    • You must have a Bachelor degree like BA or BSc from a known college.
    • You must know how to use computers for Word and Spreadsheets.
    • You must pass a Shorthand test at 80 words per minute speed in English.
    • You must pass a Transcription test at 20 words per minute speed.
A Bachelor degree and computer knowledge are required for all posts.

Selection Process

  1. Written Exam for Clerk

    General Knowledge 50 33 Percent
  2. Aggregate Marks Applicants must get 40 percent total in the written exam to pass.
  3. Skill Test Clerks must pass a computer typing test at 30 words per minute speed.
  4. Steno Test Stenographers must pass an English Shorthand and Transcription test.
  5. Computer Test Proficiency in Word and Spreadsheets is checked and is qualifying only.
