Essential Qualification
- Associate Professor & Equivalent (All Posts)
- Masters Degree with at least 55% marks.
- Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines.
- Minimum eight years of teaching/research experience.
- Minimum seven publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed/NAAS rated journals.
- A total research score of Seventy five (75) as per Appendix II, Table 2.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting of Candidates: Based on academic record and research scores. For Assistant Professor, a written test for domain knowledge (40 marks) is part of Phase-I screening.
- Interview: For Assistant Professor, final selection is based on presentation (20 marks) and interview (10 marks). For Associate Professor, final selection is based on interview (20 marks).
